The discounted rate will show for that room for that night. Or, call the hotel directly at 423-267-0900 and ask for the Chattanooga Autism Conference Rate for 3/6/22
*You must book by February 11th, 2022 to be guaranteed to receive the discounted rate. If it is after this date, you can ask but the rate is not guaranteed.*

Certificates of Attendance: We will provide free "certificates of attendance" to attendees at the end of the conference. These certificates are often used by teachers who can usually turn them in to receive credit for professional development.

CEUs: Clinicians and certain professionals like social workers, nurses, PTs, OTs, COTAs can register to receive 5 hours of CEUs. You must choose the CEU option during registration to earn these credits. Note, our CEUs are not pre-approved for APA, BACB, or ASHA. However, you can contact your governing body to see if they will serve as "Type B" or Level II optional CEUs. For example, APA considers these CEUs to be Level II.

GCA Meet-and-Greet will take place after the conference in Room 11: It will start after the last presentation of the adult track, which is in the same room. Autistic adults and friends/family are invited to gather and connect at this meet-and-greet. You can know each other, learn about the programs at the GCA Centre for Adult Autism, and talk about advocacy and organizing other events. This meet-and-greet is open to attendees of the conference, as well as people who didn't register for the conference and just want to attend this event. Metered street park is available around the center, and there is also a large parking lot next to the Marriott. Drinks will be provided. Masks are required. Vaccinations STRONGLY advised for your safety and the safety of others. Contact Kevin Fox at kevin@chattanoogaautismcenter.org for more information.

100% Refunds will be available for people who cannot attend for COVID-related reasons. For example, you should not attend if you are experiencing symptoms like fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea.  Or, if you change your mind and feel conditions are not safe, you may request a refund. For a refund, contact us at 423-531-6961 opt 3 or email amber@chattanoogaautismcenter.org.

Masks strongly encouraged! Other safety precautions include: Spacing our chairs further apart in presentation rooms. Decreasing max number of registrations to 275. Keeping room sizes large so there is more space between people. Having double the number of lunch tables and chairs needed. Attendees should social distance and avoid contact with others. Lunch will be a "box lunch" instead of buffet. We will also have spacing requirements at check-in. VACCINES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!!
