Anna Shaw Children’s Institute
Anna Shaw Children’s Institute will offer a comprehensive outpatient pediatric therapy program for children from birth to 11, led by Occupational, Physical, Speech/Language and Music Therapists. Services provided by members of the Children’s Institute Team will include Aquatic Therapy, Assistive Technology, Oral Motor/Feeding Therapy, Sensory Integration, Neurodevelopmental Treatment, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Music Therapy, and Speech and Language Therapy.

Can Do Kids Pediatric Therapy Services, LLC
Can Do Kids provides pediatric physical, occupational, speech & feeding therapies. They provide outpatient clinical services, early intervention, and school system services. Children's Therapy Services at Erlanger
Children’s Therapy Services provides an array of services including: Audiology/hearing, speech-language, feeding, swallowing as well as physical and occupational therapy services. All clinical staff have been specifically trained in the field of pediatrics. Children’s Therapy Services is a provider for Tennessee Early Intervention Services (TEIS) and provide services in the natural environment when possible.

Foundation Physical Therapy, PLLC
Foundation Physical Therapy has experience working with a variety of patients, disabilities, and diagnose. Foundation Physical Therapy offers occupational, physical, and speech therapy, along with movement therapy and family counseling and educational sessions for improved harmony within the home. There is currently no waitlist. They provide family support and education for improved carry over of learning and improved harmony within the home by teaching life-long strategies to decrease triggers that create unwanted behaviors. Types of insurances accepted are BlueCare (Tenncare) and BlueCross BlueSheild, as of July 2018.

The Fun in Function, LLC
The Fun in Function helps kids look forward to their occupational and speech therapy sessions. Their goal is to engage kids and make the process fun so that each client's maximum growth can be achieved. The clinic location is in Chattanooga and teletherapy services are also offered. As of February 2021, private insurances accepted are BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare, Aetna, and TriCare East. They also accept BlueCare and UHC Community TennCare plans. Additional insurances are in the process of being added.

Jones Therapy Services
Jones Therapy Services provides speech-language, feeding, physical, and occupational therapy in 10 locations across Tennessee. At this time they are only seeing patients for speech-language services in Chattanooga with hopes to offer all services in the near future. They are in-network providers with all insurance companies in Tennessee including all of the Tenncare MCOs and are a vendor with TEIS.

Life Bridges
Life Bridges provides medical, mental health, behavioral and psycho-social rehabilitation services, at their on-site medical clinic, that includes physicians, a psychiatrist, a physician’s assistant, and nurses. The medical staff provides primary health care services for the people served by the agency and referrals to specialists as needed. Therapy services provided by the agency include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech/language therapy, nutritional therapy, and behavioral therapy.

Milestones Therapy offers comprehensive assessment, therapy and consultation for individuals of all abilities. Mind and Motion Developmental Centers of Georgia
Mind and Motion Developmental is an outpatient center that consists of clinical psychologists who provide cognitive behavioral therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. Orange Grove Center
Orange Grove Center is a community based non-profit agency offering the full array of services for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities across the lifespan. They are a fully certified school affiliated with the Hamilton County Dept of Education. They provide full therapy services including occupational, physical, and speech therapies. They also offer a full array of enrichment programs including music, art, dance, sports, recreation, leisure activities, retirement programs. There is currently not a waitlist. Pediatrics Plus, Inc
Pediatrics Plus is a full service pediatric Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy provider. They treat a wide variety of diagnoses. There is currently not a waitlist. Typically patients are evaluated within a week of contact and appointments are scheduled for the next week after evaluation. All insurances accepted except GA Medicaid.

Speech and Hearing Center
The Speech and Hearing Center provides pediatric physical, occupational, speech, and feeding therapies, as well as hearing testing and hearing aids. Their speech pathology department offers a variety of services, including: screenings for children 5 years and under, comprehensive speech-language evaluations, voice evaluations and fluency assessments, individual and group therapy for speech-language. Their summer therapy services align with your child’s IEP to help prepare your child for the upcoming school year and combat summer regression.

Speech Language Reading Center
Speech Language Reading Center provides a high quality, individualized communication and reading intervention to children and young adults in the Chattanooga area. They provide occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and social skill training. They tailor therapy to the specific needs of each client and we work closely with families and teachers for the most rapid and permanent success. BCBS is the insurance company they are in-network with, as of June 2018.
The SLR Center also runs the Chattanooga Dyslexia Center. A psychologist and Speech- Language Pathologist will provide a comprehensive evaluation, including language processing/expression, phonological awareness/processing, and reading fluency/comprehension.
