What: 3rd Annual Golf Tournament benefiting the CAC.

​

When: Sept. 12, 2019. Lunch starts at 11:30am, and tournament starts at 12:30pm. Range balls included, so come early and hit a few!

​

Where: Creeks Bend Golf Club, 5900 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN 37343

​

Who: Men and women who like to golf and want to make a difference in the community

​

Cost: $100 per person (see more details below)

​

Registration: Register online or at event. No deadline for golfers/teams. Deadline for sponsors is Aug 30 to guarantee logos on banner.
