What: 5th Annual Golf Tournament benefiting the CAC.

When:  RESCHEDULED for Thursday September 30th. Registration starts at 11am. Lunch starts at 11:30am, and tournament starts at 12:30pm. Range balls included, so come early and hit a few! 
*Rain date scheduled for Sept. 30, 2021

Where: Creeks Bend Golf Club, 5900 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN 37343

Who: Men and women who like to golf and want to make a difference in the community.

Cost: $100 per person (see more details below)

Registration: See below to register online or download a paper registration form. Or, show up at 11am at Creeks Bend to register and pay onsite. No deadline for registration. Deadline for sponsors is Sept. 3rd to guarantee logos on banner.
